Services Available at the Library
Interlibrary Loan Service
If there’s a book you’d like to read but our library doesn’t have it, we can try to find it at another library. Our Interlibrary Loan System allows us to search all the public libraries, state college libraries, and state university libraries catalogs. Please don’t hesitate to ask us! We are more than willing to help!
Material Borrow Time and Late Fees
Adult Books, Children’s Books and Audios – 3 weeks
Videos – 1 week.
We do not have late charges, but donations are happily accepted. All materials may be used within the library. Exceptions are: Reference Materials, Local Town Histories and Vermont History Books. If you have any questions about this, please ask the Librarian.
Maclure’s Traveling Library Program
In order to reach the children who are unable to visit the library, we offer deliveries to local daycare centers. We will deliver a bag of picture books, easy readers, chapter books, movies, and crafts to participating daycare’s. If you are a daycare provider and would like to participate, please call us at (802) 483 2972.
